4cm prolonged early labor 🥴🥴

Anyone have experience like this. Ive had contractions not consistant enough to be admitted since sunday morning they stopped yesterday evening and nothing since. Lost my mucus plug yesterday overnight, doctor said tuesday i was 4cm dilated and 60% effaced in prolonged early labor. But now contractions have stopped what the heck is going on? I have been walking and bouncing and having sex and nothing. This baby wont get out. Im 38 weeks on saturday but my daughter my first born came at 37 the first day of 37 and my doc isnt concerned about him coming now if he does. But what can i do? How am i not in active labor yet its been 5 days your not supposed to just stop progressing.
