Any guesses what could be going on?!?!

BACK STORY

I’ve been TTC for 1.5 years. First year was unsuccessful.

Then February 2020 I became pregnant naturally but miscarried at 8 weeks with D&C and pregnant again naturally August 2020 but miscarried at 5 weeks, naturally.

Over the years here and there I’d get random sharp pains in the rectum that would shoot to my lower abdomen and back but it would only last a brief couple seconds and go away within a couple days.

Well ever since my last miscarriage - 2 weeks ago - anytime any pressure happens in my lower abdomen area I get the sharp pain and it hasn’t gone away yet.

Examples:

-pushing when I poop/pee

-pressure from deep sexual penetration

-if I sit too hard and cause pressure on my rectum

-sometimes when I walk I gotta stop because I get the sharp pain in my rectum and it hurts to move for like 5 seconds until it subsided.

All those things cause the brief sharp pain

I have no bleeding outside my period either

Not sure what’s going on.

My doctor mentioned something about endometriosis (rectal) but I would need to see a specialist to diagnose. Is there any other causes to what I’m going through?

I’m freaking out and scared I won’t be able to have kids. I know I need to wait until test and blah blah blah to get answers but I’m just curious if anyone has had what I have and things turned out ok.
