Any signs preterm labor?

Question

For anyone that has /almost had a baby between 32-26 weeks, were there any signs before hand? besides the obvious contractions that signified you were in labor did anything hint that you might be having the baby early or was it all sudden and unexpected?

I had some irregular and mild contractions that I thought were Braxton Hicks. They were mild enough to walk, talk and sleep through. And they never got closer than 9 minutes apart.

I had a gut feeling I was going to have my first baby early. I had her at 33 weeks. I was having mild back pains that would come in waves and was slowly leaking fluid. No reason to why I went into labor early. She was healthy and still is 😊. Currently 39w 3d with our second and hoping she arrives soon 💖
