Should I worry?

I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy and the only symptom I had was very minimal brown discharge at like 5 weeks. I’m 4 weeks today and having moderate cramps that are spaced throughout the day. Am I just being paranoid or is this abnormal?

Every pregnancy is different. After my miscarriage I had a healthy pregnancy with spotting and cramping through first trimester. Just try to relax for now and assume baby is ok unless you’re given reason by your dr to worry or if you start bleeding bright red/ heavy. I know easier said than done ♥️
