I’ve been TTC for 5 years, been to a reproductive endocrinologist, got tested and even did a few months of treatment and nothing has happened, asking for a friend to let me know if taking these worked for anyone. Don’t mean to sound mean but I would prefer to get feedback from someone that has tried 2+ years of trying on their own... THANKS! 🙃

Have you read this book? My friend was trying for 2+ years and had started IUI treatments. She read this book and took recommendations of the supplements she needed to take for low ovarian reserve. After 3 months of the supplementation, she got pregnant with a round of IUI. She feels that the supplementation helped with her egg quality which in turn helped her get pregnant— and she now has a beautiful newborn boy 💙. I have not been trying that long but have been referred for fertility and wanted something that I could do to help my personal health that wasn’t just medications.  Just finished the book and it is backed by research (I’m a nurse so that’s important for me) and recommends supplements for basic, intermediate and advanced fertility issues/length of trying. I would check it out! Also has recommendations for supplements for men (they 50% of the time are the cause for infertility). Baby dust to you 🙏🏻
