Have you ever dealt with a narcissist?

What was your experience like when dealing with or interacting with this person? I know the “google definition” of a narcissist, I’m not looking for a definition. Please share your stories about how this person behaved and specific examples of behavior.

Makes you feel bad always made u out to look evil mixes ur words up makes u feel bad about urself even when “joking” controls you and what u think. Makes u feel guilty for no reason. Makes u feel ugly while calling u beautiful. Guilt tripping you when you wanna leave. Harassing you

I can’t really think of being in a relationship with one but my mother is a narcissist. It’s literally “all about her” and how she thinks/feels about a situation and if you do something she doesn’t like, you’re pretty much the spawn of satan. 🤷🏼‍♀️
She’s gotten better (surprisingly) over the last year or so but she used to constantly demean me and emotionally abuse me.
She tried to control every aspect of my parenting to the point that she even called social services 3 times because I wasn’t doing exactly what she wanted me to do. She even tried to overdose after I told her the third time she called social services that she was too toxic to be around my family...
She’s still really bad with my dad about playing the victim and twisting his words and actions into some big attack against her but I’ve distances myself enough that it doesn’t really affect me anymore.

Omg where to begin. They twist everything you say and then confuse you and make you think maybe you did say whatever. They rant to you about literally nothing. They will be so upset with you or a situation and they will rant and rant and it will make zero sense. They lack logic. Nothing is ever their fault. It’s always someone else’s fault. They never say sorry. They treat you horribly one minute then the next act like nothing is wrong or you’re crazy for being upset with them because everything is your fault to begin with. You’re crazy your friends are crazy and so is your family. The only sane logical person is them (in their minds obviously) If you leave they will probably stalk you.  If you’re involved with one run away and block block block

My mom is literally everything is about her if she doesn’t get her way she makes sure no one else does. I quit talking to her and she mailed me an “apology” note in the mail when she found out I had my daughter and even her apology was about her and how when she had me my aunt stole her spotlight by having twins the same time. If you try to talk to her she flips it like you are the problem she is always the victim with everything it gets old so I have nothing to do with her.

I dated one and wow was that stressful. He will do many things that would hurt me such as lieing and do things behind my back and if I ever said anything he would always find a way to turn things around and make me feel like the bad guy and feel super guilty. Like I really couldn't being anything up because It meant I didint understand anything he was going through or that he was stressed he would even cry and say how much hes trying blah blah blah... just stay away as soon as you notice red flags because they will make everything about them and they do manipulate you.

My daughters father is a text book narcissist 
Even the thought of explaining the cycle of abuse rn is making me actually nauseous 😖
They can never be wrong, no empathy, always the victim, cannot be alone, they will Hoover you, lie, cheat, they always have a mask on so you don’t see them for who they really are, they verbally abuse you, play mind game’s, and just over all are the most sick and twisted individuals you’ll ever come across in life
Run run 🏃‍♀️ as fast as you can
Block and delete them 
If you keep them around you will feel so emotionally and mentally exhausted you will lose yourself 
It’s a lose lose situation these people do not and will not change
