Progress!
I’m kinda proud of myself right now.
I’ve been doing exercise for almost 4 weeks and at first I couldn’t do planks or pushups.
So I have this app that has specific workout routines set up for me, but yesterday I wanted to do something more challenging. So I picked a HIIT for fat burning.
And when I did my exercise today, I was able to do a plank and when I tried to do push-ups (which I couldn’t before) I was able to do 2. I know that’s not a lot, but for me it’s big!
I haven’t been able to lose weight, but I stayed on the same number, so that’s good, I guess.
I really need to lose weight for my health and to feel more confident and comfortable in front of people and myself.
