Burning!

Hey girls can yall please help me, im not sure what it is i have. So last month i had a UTI i took some antibiotics and it went away but i didnt finish them. This month im feeling this ridiculously badddd burning in my vagina. I have been taking antibiotics for a UTI for 5 days and it honestly hasnt worked at all? Could it be a yeast infection? ive never had one but its burning. Nothing like smelly vaginal discharge is coming out of me. Just alot of burning.. and discomfort
