Building a home.

So we own land. We have had architectural plans drawn, waiting for approval.

But we don't even have a quarter of the money it would take to build the house from start to finish. But we are taking a leap of faith. Sometimes it feels like we bit off more than we can chew. We save save save but boy is progress slow.

Have any of you home builders any tips on what to consider building and how you did it?
