Losing weight to gain a baby
My hubby and I are working on baby #2 after five years of not really trying but not not trying either. I feel that I need to make some lifestyle changes to achieve our goal. I’m cutting out soda, caffeine, and, smoking. I plan to begin daily workouts to get this weight off as well as eating more cleanly. Does anyone else have any tips for quick but healthy weight loss? I need to lose 20-30lbs.
