Pregnant??

Okay. So last Friday I went and got blood work done because I was having faint faint positives. Same day my period started so it’s basically a chemical. Period ended Tuesday and then all of a sudden Friday rolls around and I start cramping and bled a little bit. So this morning I tested and I got this big positive. And now I’m stumped. Because it doesn’t make sense to me that it would be darker now than a week ago. Second pic has a test from a week ago vs the test today. I took two tests. Is it possible to still be pregnant?? I fear situations like ectopic or something but idk. Anyone had this before?
