Bled at 8w6d but US normal

I noticed a big blood stain in my underwear today, and also saw it when I wipep. I put on a pad, and it filled about an inch of it in 5 hours. We came to ER during that time, and they did an ultrasound for me, but the lady showed me a heartbeat of 165 BPM and baby looking fine.

I had convinced myself that I was having a miscarriage,but I don't know what to make of this now. I was crying for the last 4 hours but now I'm just numb.

The bleeding is not enough to show up on pad anymore. Only seeing it when I wipe.

Anybody had something similar?
