Wondering if anyone has any advice?

Over the last year and a half I have lost 4 stone. I have done this by calorie counting (only having 1200 a day) and light exercise. On a weekend I do not calorie count. This has worked to help shift 4 stone.

Now I have 1 stone left to lose until my goal.. but I have been struggling since March to lose anything. I’ve put 3 pound back on.

What can I do to push my body so that I can lose my last stone?
