Please share your diaper routines

I’m very new to this. I’ve visited so many websites and done a lot of research. I’m finding conflicting info so I was hoping to get some real life experiences that have been working for you.

My daughter is almost 12 months. Super sensitive skin. Allergic to dairy and disposable diapers. Hypoallergenic everything. She had a severe yeast rash for months that was being aggravated by an allergic reaction to Huggies special delivery diapers. Got so much better once I started cloth. But now it seems to maybe be coming back and I think my wash regime is off. Idk.

I use pocket covers with cotton prefolds and inserts. I wash every day or every other. We tried using all free and clear but I read it isn’t strong enough so I switched to tide free and gentle. I’ve stripped the inserts and prefolds after the rash started to reappear.

Can you just share your routine. What you use for diapering, cleaning , wash routine when you do laundry. How you deal with a rash?!? Any tips or tricks you’ve learned along the way.
