Or if you want to, ASK PERMISSION. You have that chance of your driver saying yes. If you do it without permission, we are obligated to, and will report you. This has now happened for the second time in the almost 2 years of driving for Uber. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t mind if a person gets in my car smelling like pot. Can’t keep people from doing that before they ride with me. It’s cool. But, I’m an asthmatic, when that smoke is released into my breathing space, inside of a damn car, I can’t breathe. First person was meth, last December. Today was pot. Already got a report back from Uber saying that his account is being investigated. They have a zero tolerance policy and this person will most likely be banned like the last person.
