How many of you every night or morning have a house routine? Every night I make sure the dishes are done the cats are fed and watered a little extra and stuff is wiped down and swept incase I go into labor (38&3)￼￼

I tell myself every night I need to stop making the house look so perfect before I go to bed, because the night the house is a disaster WILL be the night I actually go into labor 😂 I’m jinxing myself by cleaning

Night time I make sure my sink is empty and everything is picked up. Morning I make sure dishwasher is unloaded and laundry is folded.  I also vacuum everyday. I know if I go into labor with my house even a little bit messy I will worry about having to come home to clean stuff up. 🤦‍♀️ I hate that I’m like this lol!

Same! I literally can not relax until every single thing in my house is done just Incase I go into labor... last night my BF cooked tacos & made a huge mess I literally wanted to cry! I just can’t handle messes right now!!!!!😆🤷🏻‍♀️💙

I’m having a home birth, you’d think I’d be that way, but..🤷🏼‍♀️ I have a 3 and 1 year old, it’s hard picking up their toys every 10 minutes.  I tell my 3 year old to pick up her toys, she’s in that phase where she gets easily distracted so it takes a lot longer for her to do it than it should...and sometimes I just don’t do it cause bending over is the struggle these days. Plus my one year old will just make a mess as the mess is being picked up. But I try to keep the bathrooms and kitchen tidy, I know my midwives will understand, but I still don’t want them coming to a dirty house🤣

I do but its pointless. I make sure the house is clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms before bed and then tidy up mid morning after breakfast and all through out the day. I say its pointless because my MIL will be at my house while I deliver, watching our 3 year old and 2 teens, she will have her German Shepard with her so Lord knows how much fur and chaos and mess Ill be returning too. Sigh. The original plan was to have the kids at her place but her wifi sucks and the big kids need to be online for school, plus her house is tiny and the toddler has developed a mean streak towards her cat, tail pulling qnd eye poking. Fun stuff lol.

Nope lol... only because everything is basically all packed up !! So I’m here anxious waiting to get the keys to the house so we can start moving!!! 😳😁 hopefully baby boy stays in until then haha... I want him out but then I don’t since we aren’t ready!!! 😂
