Can they do that

my job signed me up for insurance which I already have outside my job and I’m trying to correct it and they say they can not give me back my money that they made an error on so can they do that I showed them before I had insurance but they still signed me up and before anyone comment saying it’s in the wrong place go bout your business cause this post isn’t Hurting or paying anyone bill just give your advice and run along if you have none k.i.m I’m tired of these miserable ppl on here
