What do you do for baby that can’t pass gas and is constipated?

Little remedies gas drops or gripe water with bicycle kicks worked for our son. Using a rectal thermometer was suggested when he was having an issue but we never had to do it.

We used gripe water and mylicon. Knees to chest, bicycle kicks, and we rubbed her tummy. Sometimes tummy time can get gas moving but I don't know how well that works. I never noticed much of a difference with my girl
