Should I Be Worried?

My friend keeps putting thoughts in my head that my boyfriend is cheating because he's always going away for days or even a week or two.

See here's the thing about my boyfriend. He just randomly decides to do things. Like he will randomly decide to go on an adventure. He will come up to me and say he's going backpacking. I ask where. He will say he doesn't know yet. His mom says he's always been adventurous. Me on the other hand. I'm a couch potato. I just want to watch 90 day fiance and I eat potato chips. He told me one day he was taking some PTO because he randomly wanted to drive to Mexico. He sent me pictures and had a good time. He just does random shit. Like fill our bath tub with slime and when I asked why he said "To plz the slime God's". I told him to clean it up and walk away. I never thought he was cheating. He just likes to do random stuff because YOLO is something he lives by. My friend says for him to leave so much he must be seeing someone. He doesn't leave all the time. He spends plenty of time with me. He just has a very weird random personality and you never know what to expect from him. He wants to climb mount Everest so he's saving up for that. Today he told me he wants to go backpacking across the state. He wants to take some PTO. I'm like ok. My friend says it's weird he never ask me to go with him, but I'm so lazy and that sounds like a lot of work I feel he just knows I will say hell no. Do you guys think I should be worried?
