Vaginal dryness

Hello ladies I am having some vaginal dryness. I have two kids and I am on medication for depression and anxiety. I have been having vaginal dryness for a minute now. We have tried lube. 1 I need recommendations for water base lube (something that is slippery) 2 i need recommendations something i use throughout the day for the dryness. I am 23 years old (so yeah I feel embarrassed) help me please. Also any recommendations for ph balance pills or lube that helps with ph balance. Thank you
