Gender selection?

Does anyone know how gender selection works? Is there a way to test the gender of the sperm before they use them to fertilize your egg? Or do they just randomly select sperm (icsi) and then figure out the gender after they’re fertilized? We really want a boy, and last time we only got girl embryos, so I want to make sure we get at least one boy this time.

There is no way to Make sure you get a boy. All you can do is create embryos then test them to see what they are.

They cannot tear the sperm before they fertilize. You will have to have the embryos reach day 5 and then frozen and biopsied.
