Blood monitoring during FET ?

Hi everyone,
My clinic doesn’t monitor any hormones at all during the FET process. I’m just curious as to what other clinics do or what hormones they monitor as part of the FET protocol?
I’m thinking of having my regular doctor order me some blood work to be performed either before transfer to ensure nothing is out of whack like thyroid & progesterone. 
Would love some feedback!

Progesterone and estrogen are the main ones to monitor before your FET so they can adjust your dosage appropriately. Estrogen is for your lining and progesterone is to prepare your body for pregnancy, so they’re both super important. My clinic didn’t check my TSH before my FET, but I had a physical with my GP 1 month before and she checked my TSH levels. Now that I realize how important your thyroid is (especially T4 and T3 levels) I would highly recommend asking your dr to have them checked before. If they’re high it’s definitely a good idea to start medication ASAP because that means an under active thyroid, which can be very dangerous for your baby’s development. My RE DID check my thyroid levels about 2 weeks after my FET, along with hCG levels, progesterone, and estrogen approximately every 2-4 days.

My doctor monitor my estrogen and progesterone up to the transfer then those two plus HCG after first ultrasound they monitor estrogen and progesterone up to 10 weeks. I think it’s strange they aren’t monitoring you.

Mine is monitoring progesterone + estrogen and regular us to see the lining thickness and if ovaries are quiet. I had bloodwork on baseline, then 1.5 weeks after baseline to see if progesterone can be started, next one day before FET, day after FET and on day 8 for beta.
