Acupuncture and baby asprin for IVF

My doc said acupuncture may help with a transfer because it will relax my body and stimulate blood flow. He didn’t say how many times before the transfer. I can obviously call and ask but wondering your opinion.

He also mentioned taking 1 baby aspirin a day. Thoughts? Didn’t say the benefit but I forgot to ask.

Did you do acupuncture? How many times before the transfer? Or just the day before? Did you take baby aspirin?

Started my period yesterday after a chemical this past cycle. We will be doing a natural FET cycle this month pending everything looks 💯 % for it .
