Breastfeeding help

I’m 5 months PP and suddenly I started having boob issues. My left boob has been super painful, especially at night. It’s been getting rock hard and engorged all over again and it feels like I may have a clogged duct but it’s at the bottom part of my boob so I can’t get rid of it with a haaka or massaging it.

I put baby to nurse on that side and my nipple is painful. Not unbearable, but painful. What could it be?
