I need help!!!
So in the past year I have stopped drinking cokes as often i was drinking maybe two cokes a day, then I stopped and was only drinking maybe once a month now I have completely cut out cokes I drink diet green tea and water all day long and that’s all I drink (unless we go out to eat which is very rare I will get a glass of sweet tea) I don’t eat fried foods (due to the pain it gives me) but I have seemed to gain weight in the year I started at 220 now I’m 260, I want to be 160 or about that weight cause when I was that size I felt great, I have been on diet meds and followed everything the dr told me and never lost a lot of weight, but I want to try something new I’m in it to win it I want this weight off I want to feel healthy, prettier and all around more energy. Any tips anything that can really help me loose weight any exercise that really helped y’all foods you out I mean everything will help I want this weight off?
