Am I right to be upset?

My boyfriend and I joke a lot about stuff like “oh you’ve got a big head” or “your nose is big” stupid stuff like that but nothing serious. The other day he had a few drinks and he doesn’t drink really. So we’re on the topic of breastfeeding and he starts saying how my breasts are saggy. In a joking manner but he kept saying it over and over loud in the restaurant. I told him to stop after the first few times and he was wondering why I was upset. And saying he made up for it by calling me beautiful and stuff. I’m upset that I asked him to stop and he didn’t and when I told him how I felt he was laughing. But then got serious when I was saying I was serious. He still doesn’t see it as a big deal. I’m a mom I am proud to be able to have breastfed. Sorry I can’t have perfect tits. He claims he blacked out. And I was going to just leave his house and be mad but I got over it and stayed to talk about it. I just feel insecure about them now. Idk maybe I’m over exaggerating. 🤷‍♀️
