Popped stitches?

I’m almost 3 weeks postpartum. I have a hand held mirror so I looked down there and I can see my stitches ,well the thread ? It’s where the opening of the vagina is where I can see the thread it’s white . I’m kinda scared a stitch popped a couple of days ago I got constipated and had to push a little harder than usual so idk if that can cause it ? Or being on my feet to much. It’s no bad smell and my heavy bleeding has tapered off I just have light Lochia So I still keep on a pad . I’m so nervous something is wrong . It’s not as sore and I can sit down but it does still hurt . Is it normal to be able to see the thread ?
