Northisterone experiences

I am ttc still 3 years down line with endometriosis but last month my period was due when I was away so I was given northisterone once I stopped I bled 2 days later. From counting that as my period I'm now day 12 and still mo positive opk wich I would of always had positive opk by now my cm is milky not changed to fertile and I'm also feeling dizzy faint and sick I tried cheepie test but negative.

Does it affect your ovulation I read it does not affect your cycle in any way 🤷‍♀️
