Caffeine withdrawal- cold turkey?!
Ok y’all I’m struggling! 1st trimester nausea is making my morning coffee so unappealing 🤢. I’m typically a 1 cup in the morning person, but most mornings I’m just not feeling well enough to drink it. Then of course I get a horrible caffeine headache & feel worse. I’m trying to decide if it’s worth enjoying my cup on the mornings I feel up to it. Or if I should just stop all together to suffer through the caffeine withdrawal & be done with it.
