Stomach aches
I am 12 weeks + 4 days pregnant. The last couple of days I’ve been getting really uncomfortable stomach aches. They’re not low pains or sharp so I’m not panicking but it’s not nice and it feels really uncomfortable. On top of that I always have nasty heartburn, does anyone have any tips? Or know what this could be? I’m thinking gas but I’m not sure it is.
