Implantation Cramping? Is that a thing?

So I'm at work realizing that my period is 4 days late. Generally my period is very predictable. It always comes within a day of the expected start time and always starts first thing in the morning. I remember a couple of days after my ovulation having weird cramping. Nothing major but enough to notice and make a mental note of. Are implantation cramps a thing?

I am only half way through my work day and kind of want to get a test after work. I'm probably just psyching myself out. It's probably late due to stress from my sisters wedding. I just really want it to be a positive.
