Need help, confused 😫

I’m confused and need help.

A little back story, so 3 years ago I got pregnant with my son on the depo shot... wasn’t planned or talked about it just magical had happened and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Well I got the Mirena IUD right after I had my son and I’ve had it for 3 years up until this August 25th. I’ve never had a problem or issue with it. I got it taken out try to have another.

Well August 27-30 I had a “period” but It was only spotting/ only when I peed and not even even to be worried about showing if it had bled.

I’m new to this whole trying to conceive thing to I wasn’t sure what CM was until I started looking into it. The glow app shows I ovulated yesterday. But from what I’ve been reading about CM and what I experienced September 1,2 seemed to be like my ovulation/ peak, now that I think about it. And now everyone since the 7th I have been having symptoms as if I would be pregnant. I’ve been feeling very nausea lately, cramps on one side, moody and very fatigue. I did a Test the 8th and 9th both show a very faint positive.

If I was to have ovulated on the 1-2 would it show this early? Would I even be able to ovulate that fast after the IUD?

Edit: my period before I got the IUD was always 26-30/31 never any longer than 4-5 days.

I don’t think the spotting isfrom having it removed bc if that’s the case I would’ve bled the 25 once it was out and 26??

My doctor also told me that I could end up pregnant within 2weeks of having it removed. Sooo this why I’m confused, I’ve seen post of a lot of ppl getting pregnant right after removal. I also can’t do opk kits I feel like they are so expensive.
