Potty training at night?

My daughter has been able to hold her pee at night if she pees before bed. However the past 4 days she’s refused to go before bed. She’s gone a couple hours earlier around dinner but she’ll sleep through peeing. Two night ago she woke up and I took her to the bathroom. She refused when I started pulling her pants down and sat down and cried cause she didn’t want to go. Then she peed hours later in the bed. We’ve also noticed she doesn’t go shortly after waking she’ll go hours after waking. I don’t understand why or how she’s holding her urine. I think she’s only peeing 3 times a day and she’s drinking water throughout. She’s just being so stubborn with everything right now. Won’t listen and revolts against everything we ask or suggest.
