Routines?

What does your daily routine look with with your little one at 3 months? I want to start getting him on a solid routine but I’m so lost as to what to do

Our daily routine. I have a 4 qnd 8y too. Little man will be 3m on the 19th. 
We wake between 5-7 (depends on him haha)
Bottle, dad makes breakfast for the kids.
Everyone gets dressed. Teeth. Hair. The works. 
Dad goes to work. 8y goes to school. 
4y, 2m and mom go home. Baby has floor time. Brother does random stuff.
Mom makes breakfast for her. Snack for brother. Bottle for babe. 
After bottle its nap time. Nrother again still doing random stuff lol.
Mom makes lunch. Brother goes to school. Babe goes back on the floor. 
Babe gets bottle. Then we go wait for brother and sister to get out of school. Usually babe naps
We go home. Babe goes on the floor. Kids play with him. 
Mom preps dinner. If dad is off at 5 then we go gwt him. If he is off at 7 the kids eat dinner at 5. 
Dinner. Bottle. Nap. 
Between 7-9pm babe naps, plays and takes a bath every other day. 
Last bottle is between 9-12.

Routine for the baby is 
5 or 6am 5oz bottle, goes back to sleep
7 am wake up 
Morning walk usually 
Other kids have breakfast after (16 mo and 6)
6 yr old showers and gets ready for the day 
8 am 5oz bottle 
830am- nap til 1030 (i homeschool so I do school during this block)
1045-5oz bottle 
11am- lunch for my kiddos 
12-1 nap
1- 5oz bottle 
2-3 nap (prep and cook dinner so it’s ready)
4p- 5oz bottle ( kiddos eat at this time too)
445-530 nap
620- bath routine and bedtime routine starts for both babies, I bathe them together and hubby gets our 16 month old to sleep while I get 3 month old to sleep- bath, lotion and owlet sock, jammies, bottle, turn on white noise turn out the light, rock for a few mins and put down for the night 
He’s in his bassinet sleeping at 7pm and sleeps until the morning
