Favorite toys at 8 months?

My boy is EXTREMELY active and is very bored with his toys. He likes to crawl and stand but i cant find any good toys for active babies that i can leave him to play with by himself. Any recommendations?

I know this isn’t for everyone but I reeeeally think you should look into Montessori.. look up the hapa family on YouTube. My baby boy was always so bored with his toys and would only play with them for a couple days then never again and now we keep the same toys out for months (only 7-10 at a time) then rotate. He’s 11 months old now and is playing with the same toys he had out when he was 7 months pretty much.

The toys can get a little pricy but I’d rather buy one 25$ activity he will use for months/years than a bunch of <10$ toys he will use twice

I got my son an activity cube at that age, we also have a toy kitchen from ikea that is pretty great. Nothing is ever gonna be as fun as playing with mama though.

Large bouncy balls (not the four square kind, the bigger ones), hula hoops, mop and broom set. All of these were really used/helpful with my active/advanced toddler and she’s used them from like 12 months and still does at 3 years.
