Sweet smelling discharge or fluid

Im a 20 week ftm & I have a sweet smell down there , idk if it’s discharge or amniotic fluid. Been off and on for a while. I sometimes have wet panties but most of the time I don’t. If it’s amniotic fluid would it stop?? I had no clue it could be that until I saw in a group someone had seeet smelling discharge& it was fluid. I have already told the doc about it but they have not gotten back to me about anything in 4 weeks, claim they are too busy& I will find out all results at my next appointment. I thought since they didn’t call maybe it’s nothing too serious but now I’m second guessing it.I’m changing doctors due to this but can’t get an earlier appointment. I’m very limited to doctors only 3 within an hour. So wanted to ask before just going to hospital. Is there any other causes of sweet smell?? Sometimes it smells like coffee as well. I dont wear panty liners but I didn’t have any wetness lately, I didn’t have any gush or trickle, could it still be amniotic fluid?? I just came across the post about amniotic fluid an hour ago so it made me more concerned. My anxiety is getting the best of me rn
