Yes to both! In both my pregnancies very early
On I experienced both and they usually last the whole pregnancy for me unfortunately

Glad I’m not alone! I was walking through Target yesterday and felt a weight on my chest and just breathed through it. Glad to see it’s normal but hope it gets better for you all!
