PMS appetite

Like clockwork about a week before I’m due on I get sooo F-in hungry & fatigued I just want to lie around all day and eat.

Does anyone else get this for maybe a few day’s to a week where you feel driven to eat like a need for extra nourishment?

I guess it’ has to do with the body wanting to store fat for winter hibernation type of thing, Cos of the amount more energy being used and the blood and iron about to be lost through each cycle.

I feel so hangry, I try to budget and be disciplined with my diet but I just ate the burrito I was trying to save for tomorrow’s lunch & drank lots of water and I still feel hungry and thirsty & tired so now I’m annoyed about that too.

What can I do, is there foods you go to to feel full, nourished & satisfied?
