Rash on babies neck and chest !
My son is 3 months now and his neck is discoloured and red . I let it be for awhile but now he scratches it to the point of bleeding and cuts . I cut his nails and put gloves on him . I also put vasaline and olive oil on his neck to calm him but it’s not getting better .
Any advice ?
