Help!

Long shot here lol. I had some spotting (for 3 days but not enough to even leave a mark on my underwear) 14 days before my period is due (currently have 8 days until AF is supposed to arrive). I’ve been super nauseous, tender breasts, sweating like crazy, headaches, and I’ve also got 2 faint positives. Do you think the spotting was implantation? Or do you think it was ovulation? I’m so confused. Help a girl out haha. (I have a 7 year old and never went through this with her)
