Teething?

My 3 month old is drooling like crazy, these are the best photos I could get. It feels like his two bottom teeth are coming in. Kinda feels like sandpaper to the touch

I don’t know 🤔 if “sand paper” is an accurate sensation for even teeth coming in. 
Teeth coming In should be similar to the gums and pair with inflammation like Redding of the issue that the tooth is try to push/break free/surface from.
Although drooling like crazy is one the many signs of teething.
You might be experiencing what I went though with my son who now a little over six months.
Since he was 2.5months he been a drooling to the point where I thought he was teething early as of 4months. 
My sisters son got his first tooth at 4months so I thought it was maybe me too kind of thing but no just drool.
It’s actually how your baby tells you their hungry 😋 and when they get a little older it’s just them doing it as they learn baby babble and mouth control for feeding, putting things in their mouth to explore the world and master talking but more like overall lip and mouth movements to build muscles they need so all those cool passives skills we all have as humans.
But it might just stock up on toys and teether and blankets if the teeth don’t come your baby still building sensory skills.
