Somebody please help me!

I decided to take ovulation tests on cycle day 8. I went to the doctors and got a one timer oral dose of decadron last night and also had to take Azithromycin for ear infection. I came home and tested and it was almost as dark as the control line just a little bit lighter but today there is no line. Have I already ovulated or is the medicine affecting the ovulation test results. I normally don’t ovulate until cycle day 16
