No baby shower 😔

I know we are in the middle of a pandemic and there's a lot of things going on so I should be grateful but idk... 2 years ago I was pregnant with my son and since I quit drinking I lost most of my friends. No one threw me a baby shower, just my mom who invited my friends that didn't show up after I drove 7 and a half hours to be there. Now I'm pregnant with my second baby(and last) and its like no one even close to me cares, kinda hurts. Maybe I should just accept it and move on 😔
