Good exercise/diet to lower BMI pre-pregnancy
Hi all! I’m preparing to grow my family through ART and need to lower my BMI before proceeding. I was doing really good and being stuck at home baking threw me off (I’m an emotional eater and well I love food).😅
I have tried counting calories with MyFitnessPal, I have tried intermittent fasting, I’ve tried weight watchers. I’m motivated but really struggling to get this weight to come off. Any good exercise YouTube channel recommendations that I can do at home would also be appreciated. My BMI needs to be less than 25 and it’s currently 32. 🥴
