Pregnancy and early 20s

I’m 21 and I found out that I’m pregnant last night. I’m really scared and I don’t know how this will all turn out. My boyfriend and I plan on keeping the baby but I’m so scared to tell my family. Our families get a long well and his parents have told me that they really like me and would like us to get married, but I’m just afraid they won’t like me anymore because I’m just going to cause stress. Im still in college and I just don’t know how I will finish it.
