Dogs🤦🏼‍♀️

Long story short my friend and his ex wanted a puppy, they got a female. Few months later they got a male. Next thing they knew the female was giving birth! She had 3 puppies. The gf at the time wanted to keep them so they did. Then she up and left him. Now he’s thinking about getting rid of the puppies, 3 years later. How do you even start looking for families?!
