Help, piercing bump? Keloid?

Im so confused as to whats going on with my nose piercing
It was healing fine and then all of a sudden  this happened any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

When I get something like this I put a ring in. It helps with the swelling and always looks cute. If not that then salt water can be put on it or antibacterial soap cleansing

I bought this things called no pull piercing... They are miracle workers they get rid of the bump and help with the healing process
