Soffit and shingle issues 👎🏻
So any roofer or Roofer wife’s?
So my soffit is shaky and lose and my shingles right above the soffit keep crumbling and breaking 🤨😖
I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for my maintenance to check it out but apparently it isn’t priority and my room has a patch way way away from this spot for like months now 🤨I am on the list for a new roof but still hasn’t happened. Starting to get frustrated .
