Baby acne, allergy rash, or eczema?
I already sent these to the pediatrician and waiting for their response but curious if others have had experience with similar rash what it ended up being. It also goes down her chin and her neck where they rub. It is bumpy and they get red when she is crying or agitated and usually lose the redness when she is sleeping but the bumps are there.
