Need help baby measuring big

So my son is measuring 34 weeks 1 day. I was only 32 weeks and 6 days.

His body is in the 70th% and his head is im the 90th%. Im worried about his measurements bc they were all over the place. I asked my doctor but it takes them two days to get back to me so id like to ask if this has happened to anyone else and their baby is okay and healthy. Ive read some things. I just want to be prepared for it. Or know if its true. I don't see my doctor until another two weeks and im due on the 26th of october. Any help ladies. TIA.
